Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Experience with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead, train, or direct other employees when needed.
• Basic math, measurements, and quality checks proficient.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and work alongside the team throughout the shift.
• Coordinate daily production and maintain workflow.
• Set up equipment, perform changeovers, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Step into different production positions as needed.
• Train and support production staff and provide day-to-day direction.
• Perform basic quality checks and measurements.
• Track production, downtime, scrap, and inventory in the system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
