Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training may help.
• Ability to read drawings and manufacturing documents is desired.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations is needed.
• Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination and measurement accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tend equipment such as bending, deburring, cutting, packaging, and test equipment.
• Perform minor changeovers, setting adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure product quality with approved measurement devices before moving to next steps.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with 5S standards.
• Assist with other duties as required.
