Job summary

Magnaflow in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator for the 1st shift. You will set up, operate and maintain production machines to ensure quality and efficiency, while following safety and 5S standards.

The role offers a base hourly range of $20.00–$24.00 with emphasis on reliability and workmanship. Responsibilities include machine setup, operation, changeovers, and documentation, with attention to safety, quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• OSHA safety regulations knowledge is required or beneficial.
• Reading drawings and other manufacturing documents is desired.
• Attention to detail and ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tend equipment such as bending, deburring, cutting, packaging, test equipment.
• Perform minor changeovers, setting adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure product quality using approved measurement devices before release to next steps.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with 5S.
