Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certifications may be required for some positions.
• Experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing is preferred but not always required.
• On-the-job training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tend equipment such as bending, deburring, cutting, packaging, test equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with 5S practices.
• Ensure product quality using approved measurement devices before next production steps.
• Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods, sometimes climbing stairs.
