Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator to support our automotive value stream by setting up, operating, and troubleshooting the machinery that brings high-quality parts to life in a full layup-through-trimming cell in Commerce City, CO.

You will stage and prepare equipment, monitor safety, log hourly production reports, and help maintain quality by inspecting finished parts and addressing defects. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience and the ability to pass screening.

Qualifications

• No high school degree required.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Experience on layup, consolidator, waterjet, trim, and/or press.

Responsibilities

• Run the full layup‑through‑trimming production cell from staging to operation and shutdown.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs to keep it running at capacity.
• Champion safety by monitoring hazards and inspecting equipment for defects.
• Train on production equipment and machinery in a safe, productive manner.
• Operate your assigned machine and back up other operator positions as needed.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports and log downtime with causes.
• Inspect finished products for quality and report defects.
• Keep a clean, organized production area and collaborate across departments.
• Follow procedures to uphold a safe, healthy work environment and take on extra responsibilities as needed.
