Job summary

Lennox AES in Reno, NV seeks a Machine Operator to operate and maintain a variety of production machinery, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will set up equipment, monitor outputs, and support process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, diagrams or assembly instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials and adjusting settings.
• Monitor machine outputs to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions.
• Perform basic, routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate smoothly.
