Job summary

Elemental Brands in Reno, NV is seeking a Machine Operator I to work under Production leadership. The role runs Monday through Thursday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, and requires hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and quality checks.

You will operate multiple machine work centers, perform assembly and testing, and ensure safety and adherence to specifications. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing LED lighting solutions company with strong industry recognition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience and training are typically required.
• Minimum of one year working in a manufacturing/distribution environment, quality assurance, assembly, testing, or experience with hand tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in assigned work centers (AlphaTech, Linaire, LGP, ACT, etc.).
• Assemble, test, and modify prototypes or parts, including soldering wires.
• Follow procedures to check, test, and inspect finished goods before shipment.
• Test electrical function, reliability, and packaging quality; record results.
• Safely use hand tools such as soldering iron, heat gun, and wire strippers.
• Work with low voltage electricity and identify quality issues during manufacturing.
