Milwaukee Tool is looking for an Operator to support production by operating various equipment and ensuring quality according to provided criteria and work instructions. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain safety, procedure adherence, and a productive culture.

The role emphasizes following safety standards, accurate logging, and teamwork, with shifts Friday–Sunday from 5:00am to 5:00pm CST and opportunities to grow within a fast-growing construction brand.

Qualifikationen

• Basic math and mechanical skills.

Your Role on Our Team

The Operator supports production by operating a variety of equipment to produce quality product per provided criteria and work instructions. This position is required to cooperate with other cross functional departments to ensure and maintain part quality, proper procedure execution, a safe and productive work environment, and culture standards.

Your Shift: Friday - Sunday from 5:00am - 5:-00pm CST

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• - Follow all safety policies and practice 6S standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees.
• - Identify and elevate potential safety risks on the floor.
• - Operate equipment, independently or in a team environment, per the work instructions.
• - Utilize electronic devices daily to reference work instructions, control plans, visual criteria and accurately log production numbers.
• - Perform repetitive tasks as needed and maintain production pace and quality standards as specified by the applicable documentation to meet process metrics such as delivery, efficiency, and quality.
• - Recognize and react to problems with equipment, elevate as required.
• - Close attention to detail concerning product quality through utilizing visual criteria and elevate issues to appropriate personnel.
• - Use fixtures, jigs, and hand tools as necessary to ensure proper position and/or movement of components and parts.
• - Work with Machine Set Up Technician to resolve problems with equipment.
• - Clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation.
• - Conduct Autonomous Maintenance tasks as prescribed.
• - Place processed parts into containers and palletize per the work instruction and at specified quantities per the part tag.
• - Other duties and projects as determined by business and production needs.
