Reser’s Fine Foods – MSB Plant in Topeka, Kansas is seeking a Machine Operator 1 to set up, maintain, and operate basic food processing machines that produce intermediate products.

You will load materials, adjust settings, monitor quality, and ensure accuracy of date, weight, and temperatures while keeping a clean, sanitary work area and following HACCP and safety guidelines. The role supports a team environment in a refrigerated plant with variable temperatures and physical demands.

Responsabilidades

• Operates basic machines to combine ingredients into intermediate food products.
• Sets up machines for Production runs and adjusts settings.
• Observes machine operation to ensure quality and conformity to guidelines.
• Inspects parts to specifications and makes adjustments or tool changes as needed.
• Cleans and sanitizes machines according to guidelines and specs.
• Ensures product date, weight, and temperatures meet established guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area.
