Carlisle Companies Incorporated is hiring a Machine Operator for its Thermofoam team in Hillsboro, TX. You will operate department machinery, assist with packing and end-of-line tasks, and may work overtime with no required travel.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to standard work while using COS tools to improve performance. Training and a lean mindset are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery of assigned department to complete assigned work order.
• Receives and reviews work orders and communicates material requirements to other departments.
• Performs hazard-based functions on machinery, including lock out/tag out and daily equipment inspection.
• Stacks, sorts, and bundles material according to standard work.
• Occasional housekeeping tasks, 5S, and SQDC involvement.
