Job summary

Barton Staffing Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Machine Operator for first shift in Bartlett, IL. Monday–Friday (5:30 AM–1:30 PM, or until 3:30 PM with overtime). Overtime on Saturdays when needed.

Pay is $17.23/hour. The role includes loading, operating, and unloading automated assembly machines, and performing quality checks. Qualified candidates must follow safety procedures, maintain 5S housekeeping, and record data accurately.

Qualifications

• Load, operate, and unload automated assembly machines per procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety process.
• Perform housekeeping/5S duties.
• Conduct visual and other quality checks using basic gauges.
• Record quality test data in log or computer.
• Prepare time & production records.
• Use hand truck and common hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload automated assembly machines as directed.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in the safety program.
• Maintain clean and organized work area (5S).
• Perform quality checks with basic gauges and record results.
• Document time and production records accurately.
• Operate hand tools and moving equipment as required.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
