Job summary

Midway Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator in Bolingbrook, IL to sort, inspect, and package printed materials. You will work on Shift A or Shift B with alternating Wednesday coverage and adhere to safety policies.

Ideal candidates can stand for long periods, pay close attention to detail, and lift up to 25–50 lbs. Previous warehouse experience is a plus; training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (if required).
• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort printed materials by job type, size, or customer specifications.
• Inspect products for defects, misprints, or quality issues.
• Remove damaged or incorrect items from production lines.
• Stack, bundle, and organize materials for further processing or shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist machine operators and supervisors as needed.
• Meet daily production and accuracy targets.

Machine Operator - Bolingbrook IL

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Shift A: 3 AM-3 PM or 5 AM-5 PM Sunday-Tuesday Alternating Wednesday

Shift B: 3 PM-3 AM or 5 PM-5 AM Thursday-Saturday Alternating Wednesday

Pay:

• Shift A: $16/hour
• Shift B: $17/hour

Key Responsibilities:
