Job summary

KEITH Walking Floor Systems in Madras, Oregon, is seeking a reliable machine operator to support lean manufacturing practices in a busy shop environment.

Shift 3:15pm–1:45am, Monday–Thursday with potential overtime. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, reading layouts, making minor adjustments, and ensuring parts meet KEITH Quality Control standards. Candidates must be able to work independently and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Able to read and interpret tape measures and precision tools.
• Able to communicate in English with team members (reading, writing and speaking).
• Willing to pass pre-employment drug screening if required.
• Able to read layouts and operating charts and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate specific machines during production.
• Load and unload material or parts; make minor adjustments to machine controls.
• Read and follow layouts, procedures, and operating charts.
• Perform repetitive operations on machinery in the area.
• Check completed parts to meet KEITH Quality Control standards.
• Meet manufacturing goals on time.
• Other duties may be assigned.
