Job summary

WildPack Beverage is hiring a full-time hourly Machine Operator for our Production Team in Baltimore, MD. This role supports filling, packaging, and line maintenance across multiple shifts with an emphasis on safety and quality.

You will monitor equipment, perform CIP procedures, and ensure timely, accurate data reporting while supporting a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, cleaning and organizational skills.
• Forklift operation experience would be a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage product transfers and filtration from one piece of the production equipment to brite tanks.
• Perform quality checks both in the mixing vessels and brite tanks to ensure specifications are met.
• Fill and package cans on our canning lines.
• Run all manufacturing equipment (depalletizer, filler, cartoner, case packer, bundler, and palletizer).
• Perform Clean in Place (CIP) procedures on our equipment.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on canning line equipment.
• Inspect packaging components, codes, and products to ensure proper packaging.
