We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the role of Machine Operator. This full-time, 1st Shift position is based in Simpsonville, SC, offering an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain various machinery following company processes and procedures.
  • Support the C.A.R.E. values of the organization.
  • Adhere to safety and environmental policies, maintaining clean and organized work areas.
  • Assemble products and parts using basic hand tools.
  • Measure materials for conformance to blueprints using appropriate measuring devices.
  • Follow production guidelines and specifications.
  • Package products for shipment.
  • Operate and monitor machines to ensure quality and minimal downtime.
  • Conduct inventory and component inspections as required.
  • Maintain logs, charts, and databases.
  • Meet daily production goals and cycle time requirements.
  • Store products and materials appropriately.
  • Report defective products or equipment issues.
  • Ensure accurate traceability of finished goods.
  • Escalate material, technical, or quality concerns.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to read measuring instruments and perform basic math skills.
  • Preferred experience reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing machinery.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a team, and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
Physical and Safety Requirements
  • Ability to lift/move over 50 lbs.
  • Stand, walk, and perform motions for extended periods.
  • Wear PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes at all times on the floor.
Work Environment

Work is performed in a non-air-conditioned environment with potential exposure to hazardous materials, machinery, and other industrial conditions.
