Job summary

Forum Energy Technologies in Pearland, TX, is seeking a manufacturing operator to support daily production and quality processes. You will operate equipment, follow setup checklists, and document results to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, basic manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift 45 lbs. Training is available, and teamwork is essential to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across the line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Will train perspective candidates.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment effectively and efficiently.
• Diligent reporting of safety, quality, maintenance, or other issues to ensure important improvement ideas are communicated.
• Execute quality inspection, and set-up checklists.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and accurately.
• Report and document product quality non-conformances immediately.
• Cross-train in all areas of operation.
• Identify and report equipment issues (look, listen, feel) to prevent equipment breakdown or failure.
• Participate in improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency in area of responsibility.
• Develop a Lean Manufacturing mindset, focused on removing waste in operations to deliver quality products at lower cost.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping are sustained.
• Ensure all tools, materials & equipment are stored in designated area.
• Other duties as assigned.
