Job summary

Trane Technologies in Noblesville, IN is seeking a manufacturing associate to perform fabrication and assembly tasks on-site. You will load/unload machines, deburr and grind parts, and support paint-line operations while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Strong reliability and 6 months of related experience are expected, with an emphasis on quality and teamwork. The role is hourly, safety sensitive, with benefits including health insurance, 401K match, generous paid time off, and tuition

Responsibilities

  • Promotes values through productivity and teamwork

  • Rack/unrack parts from paint line
  • Spot welding and fastener presses
  • Complete nonconformance records per GMP
  • Move material to the next process station
  • Complete Daily Log

Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

What you will do:

  • Promotes values as demonstrated in personal productivity and quality of work, management of internal/external relationships, actively seeking out and participating in Continuous Improvement practices, and willingness to engage and support team initiatives.

  • Comply with workplace safety procedures

  • Regular and reliable attendance, which includes punctuality and working scheduled overtime, is necessary to meet our commitment to provide quality products and service to our customer.

  • Perform one or more of the following based on business need:

  • Performs machine loading and unloading, deburring, sanding, bead blasting and grinding and uses shears or saws to fabricate parts to print.

  • Rack and unrack parts from the paint line as directed.

  • Spot welding and fastener presses.

  • Complete nonconformance records according to established procedures and GMP requirements.

  • Moves material to the next process station.

  • Complete Daily Log
