Schwan's Company in Erie, PA is hiring for a production associate on the 2nd shift (3:00pm–12:30am). The role sets up and runs packaging lines, monitors speeds, maintains product appearance, and completes quality checks.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, and benefits include weekly Friday pay, PTO, holidays, 401k match, and comprehensive health plans. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable in a fast-paced food

• 0–1 year of relevant production experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced production environment.
• Flexible with overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and overall product appearance and safety.
• Complete various quality checks and required paperwork (downtime, HACCP), utilizing SAP, SOPs, Safety operation, training, as appropriate.

  What You Will Do:

  Setting up and pre-running equipment to ensure proper production startup.

• What You Will Bring:

  High school diploma or GED with 0--1 year of relevant experience preferred.

  Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

  Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced, production environment.

  Be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods and work in varying temperature conditions.

  Flexible working overtime, weekends, and alternative shifts as needed.
