Job summary

Ultrafab Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator in McPherson, Kansas. This position offers 2nd and 3rd shifts with a set schedule, paid training, and additional pay for off-shift hours.

As a Machine Operator, you'll use modern production equipment to manufacture weatherstripping. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Ideal candidates can follow instructions and work in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines.
• Load materials and remove finished products.
• Make simple machine adjustments as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Record basic production data.
• Assist technicians during machine changeovers.

Shift

2nd & 3rd Shift | No Rotating Shifts

Straight 8‑Hour Shifts. Paid Training. Shift Differential for Off‑Shift Hours.

Additional shift differential for 2nd & 3rd Shifts.

Salary

$18–$20 per hour

Additional shift differential for 2nd & 3rd Shifts.

Available Schedules

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4pm‑12am

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 12am‑8am

No rotating shifts. Keep a consistent schedule.
