$18-$20/hour + shift differential

Schedule: 12PM - 8AM, Sunday-Thursday

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with machinery? Do you want to be part of a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork? We’re looking for Machine Operators to join our growing team and help produce high-quality weather stripping and specialty products for our customers.

As a Machine Operator I, you’ll be responsible for keeping production equipment running efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met, and working closely with technicians to troubleshoot and solve issues. If you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You’ll Do
  1. Operate and maintain machinery to ensure smooth production
  2. Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications
  3. Troubleshoot minor issues and collaborate with technicians on repairs
  4. Keep accurate records of machine performance and downtime
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
  1. High school diploma, GED, or TASC preferred
  2. Basic Math, Reading, And Writing Skills Required
  3. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus (but we’re willing to train the right candidate!)
  4. Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a loud environment
