Oil States International, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I to prepare and operate machinery to produce high-quality products. The role emphasizes safety checks, proper material handling, and precise loading and unloading of parts.

You will also maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with related duties as directed by supervision. The position is based on-site in Arlington, TX, offering benefits such as PTO and health insurance eligibility from day one, with a defined physical requirements

POSITION SUMMARY:

Prepares and operates machines to process/produce a high quality product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares machine for production by checking operating parameters and equipment for safety.


• Makes certain all materials for production are available.


• Loads parts into machines.


• Removes parts from machine after cycle is complete.


• Cleans molds and equipment.


• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Conversion of weights and measures.


• Comprehension of written and verbal communication skills.


• Basic mathematical skills (addition/subtraction, multiplication/division).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged standing.


• Frequent bending, pushing, pulling and stooping.


• Press operators lift, pull and carry in excess of 50 pounds.


• Blaster operators lift, pull and carry in excess of 20 pounds.


• Deflasher operators lift, pull and carry in excess of 20 pounds.


• Arc spray operators lift, pull and carry in excess of 40 pounds.


• Work in heat in the summer and cold in the winter.

CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS –

By contractual requirements this position requires that all persons establish proof of US Citizenship. Dual Citizenship (US citizenship and citizenship of some other country) cannot be accepted.
