Staffmark Group in Montebello, CA is seeking an entry level Machine Operator Helper to assist with setup and operation of manual grinding and machining equipment. You will help operate surface grinders, Blanchard grinders, and milling machines to shape and finish metal components.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while following safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
• Experience operating grinding machines, milling machines, or similar production equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of manual surface grinders, Blanchard grinders, or milling machines is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn machine operations are encouraged.

Machine Operator Helper

Location: Montebello, CA. Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday- Friday 10pm-630am.

We are looking for entry level Machine Operator assistants. Will be assisting with operating manual grinding machines to shape and finish metal components with precision. This role requires hands-on experience with manual surface grinders, Blanchard, and/or milling machines.

• Must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
