Responsibilities include quality inspections, minor machine adjustments, FDA guideline adherence, teamwork, and training new coworkers. The role offers an hourly wage and benefits with potential overtime based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of production and plant processes.
• General mechanical aptitude beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic form/fill machines and adjust controls for correct parameters.
• Oversee production quality, inspect, sample products, and document specs.
• Adjust and perform minor repairs to machinery to maintain efficiency.
• Set up line with film, boxes and labels; ensure codes meet FDA guidelines.
• Operate safely per OSHA; report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the line and area.
• Train new coworkers on the line as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
