Job summary

CRH is seeking a Production Worker at our Ohio facility. The role supports the Production Supervisor or Plant Manager by following standard policies and procedures and by resolving routine questions.

As part of the team you will operate equipment, inspect product quality, perform setup and maintenance tasks, and participate in cross-training across the production process. A high school diploma and ability to lift up to 80 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate and follow written and verbal directions.
• Need to be safety-conscious and able to wear PPE as required.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to produce products from raw materials to yard stage.
• Inspect product quality according to standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production records.
• Monitor machinery and report malfunctions.
• Perform machine cleanup, setup and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Work with conveyors, ramps, elevators and other machinery.
• Perform Lock Out Tag Out and CPM.
• Cross-train on other aspects of the production process.
• Operate mobile equipment as needed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy.
