Experience in manufacturing and packaging environments is preferred. A Lift Truck Operator License may be required, and the position involves teamwork in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred and packaging exposure is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow factory instructions and masters precisely.
• Proficiency in reading tape measures and applying basic math.
• Familiarity with quality standards and production documentation.
• Mechanical aptitude for setting up and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up rails, print, and die cut sections on converting machines with correct techniques.
• Inspect dies before/after runs and ensure bolts are secure.
• Monitor box quality for liner, warp, size, and print accuracy.
• Maximize equipment utilization by operating at capacity and speed.
• Train helpers and cross-train on other machines; complete reports on production data and safety.
