We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator in the city of Montebello, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery and a strong understanding of production processes. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our assembly line and the quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line, including press brake machines and stamping presses.
• Must us mechanical aptitude, math skills, and read micrometers.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including lathes and CAM programming equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
• Package finished products according to company standards for quality assurance.
• Use calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances of manufactured parts.
• Safely operate forklifts for material handling within the facility.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancements.

Experience

• At least 1 year experience with a continuous employer in a manufacturing environment or in machine operation or assembly line work.
• Proficiency in oral, written, diagram, or blueprint form is essential for understanding technical specifications.
• Familiarity with press brake machines, stamping presses, lathes, and CAM programming is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in production processes.
