Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Broadway facility in Green Bay, WI is hosting an Interview Day for Machine Operator positions.

The role involves a 12-hour rotating shift (days, nights, weekends, holidays) with starting pay of $25–$27 per hour and a $3.00 per hour night shift premium. Walk-ins are not accepted; time slots are limited.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer, tablet, OR smartphone.
• Speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Inspect product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area.
• Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment.
• Attend your regular scheduled shift without violations including tardiness which at times will include participating in meetings and training sessions as required.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, industrial, non-temperature controlled, high-volume environment

We will be hiring individuals that are ready to take the next step in their career, as Machine Operators! Our Operators play a vital role in the safe and efficient manufacturing of our products.

Your Job

Machine Operators will work a rotating 12-hour shift that includes days, nights, weekends, holiday, and overtime hours.

Wages are commensurate with experience, with a starting rate range of $25-$27 per hour and a $3.00 per hour shift premium for all night‑shift hours worked (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

Our starting rate of pay ranges from $25-27/HR and will be determined based on experience and knowledge. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.

Our Team

The Green Bay Broadway Mill manufactures and distributes leading commercial and retail brands of paper products: bath tissue, napkins, and towels. Every day, GP employees and products help maintain a strong, stable economy in Northeastern Wisconsin.
