THIS IS FOR GRAVEYARD SHIFT - starts at 10:00pm

Job Purpose

Perform production activities that require the operation of machinery and equipment, understand the production process, and meet the company's quality goals. Support organizational objectives to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine production activities
• Load materials and unload products from production line and equipment
• Understand and adhere to all safety procedures
• Inform appropriate personnel of material and equipment problems
• Maintain simple logs of completed work
• Understand customer expectations and drive the section to meet them
• Have strong hands-on experience in Surface Mount Technology
• Perform setup and operation of SMT machines
• Read work instructions and C-CAM

Job Qualifications

Education: Secondary, High School

Experience: 5+ years manufacturing experience

Required Skills: Proficiency with all machines related to manufacturing
