Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking hands-on cabinet production personnel in Indiana. You will operate woodworking equipment, assist with manufacturing and assembly, and help produce cabinetry to high craftsmanship and safety standards.

The role is scheduled Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm, with possible hour adjustments due to outside temperatures. Compensation is $18.00/hr, with benefits available for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machinery and safety procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team under time constraints.
• Strong oral and written communication with coworkers.
• Willingness to extend hours when required.
• Comfort working in a non-temperature facility.

Responsibilities

• Cut wood sheets to specifications using relevant guides and computer data.
• Apply edges, screws, and dowels to pieces.
• Assemble cabinets per design and specifications.
• Palletize finished products for shipping.
• Prepare cabinets for shipment and loading.

Express Employment is working with a leading custom cabinetry manufacturer serving healthcare facilities and commercial clients with high-quality, precision-built products.This is a hands-on position where you'll operate woodworking equipment, assist with manufacturing and assembly, and help produce cabinetry that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and quality. Responsibilities

• Cut sheets of wood piece by piece, while checking the computer to ensure the cuts are being made to proper specifications
• Put on edges, screws, and dowels
• Assemble Cabinets
• Palletizing
• Prepare cabinets for shipment

Schedule and Pay

• Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Hours may be flexible due to outside termperatures
• $18.00/hr

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of and ability to make practical application of OSHA and company safety precautions and procedures
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment with minimum supervision, work rapidly for long periods and work on several tasks at the same time, often under time pressure
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with other company personnel
• Ability to occasionally work extended hours
