Qualifications

• Punctual attendance with reliable transportation.
• Capable of 40+ hours per week in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Good verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Gear & Spline Machine Operators in Tempe, AZAerospace & Defense Manufacturing

Looking for experienced gear & spline machinists and apprentice level trainees that would like to learn! Pay would be based on level of related experience.

Location: Kimberly Gear & Spline - 1515 W 17th St, Tempe, AZ 85281

Shift: Full time, day shift

REQUIRED: Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

CNC and manual machine positions available for programmers and operators machining, high precision internal & external splines and gears from 256DP to 2DP in a variety of aerospace components and materials. Job position would involve programming and setup using the latest CNC systems to include German, Japanese and American technology running shapers, hobbers, and gear grinders.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and Authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis without assistance.
• Must be able to stand and/or sit the majority of the shift
• Looking for a self-starter with a great attitude to works well with other team members to perform and support daily company goals.
• Punctual Attendance with reliable transportation
• Pay would be based on level of related experience.
