An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for their Red Oak facility. In this full-time role, you'll safely operate advanced machinery, including strip casters and rolling mills, while ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards. Position: Machine Operator – Full Time!
Location: Red Oak, IA
Pay: $21.80/hr starting, after completion of training this increases with incentive to an average of $25/hour. Plus, $1.00/hr Shift differential for the overnight shift!
Bonus: Potential to earn a 5% bonus based on the overall performance of the plant!
Shifts: 2/2/3 schedule with every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!

We have been recognized by the state of Iowa as a renewable energy partner and have received the MidAmerican Energy Clean Air Excellence Award. We opened in 2003 and employ more than 80 people and operate seven days per week!
What you will be doing!
Normal Sequence:
Tools & Equipment: Lead pot, Caster, Accumulator, Rolling Mill, Strip Take Up, Coil Cart, Payout, Grid Take-Up, Grid Winder, Press, and Dies. Power forklift truck, hand trucks, small tools, spools, and computer terminals.
Supervision: Manufacturing Supervisor
