Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, and safety documents.
• Basic math and computer/data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with focus on quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment.
• Monitor performance and adjust machines.
• Complete quality and food-safety checks.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Follow GMP and sanitation procedures.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Communicate during shift handoffs.
• Help meet daily production goals.
