Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machines.
• Must be self-motivated with safety and attendance.
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and stand for 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines prior to shift start and adjust for production changes.
• Attend to and adjust machines during operation to maintain product flow.
• Monitor machines for mis-cuts due to improper settings.
• Notify maintenance of malfunctions or repairs.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist plant personnel.
• Assist maintenance in repairs and overhauls.
• Operate lines and equipment and adjust as needed.
• Support other plant areas and maintain safety, sanitation, and disease control.
• Help maintain quality and food safety to meet USDA standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
