Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors.
  • Follow all food safety regulations, including GMP, HACCP, and sanitation procedures.
  • Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.
  • Ensure proper handling, measuring, and loading of raw materials.
  • Keep work area clean and organized in accordance with sanitation standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality control staff.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures.

Job Summary

The Machine Operatoris responsible foroperating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment in a food manufacturing facility. This role ensures that products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up,operate, and adjust food processing and packaging machinery according to production requirements
  • Monitor equipment performance to ensure consistent product quality and output
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machines
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors

  • Exposure to machinery noise, temperature changes, and food production materials
  • May require shift work, including nights, weekends, and overtime
