Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
• Experience reading and interpreting production specifications.
• Comfort with overtime and varying shifts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare machine for production using proper setup procedures.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and SQF guidelines.
• Read job specs and prior data to determine adjustments and material needs.
• Ensure job readiness before machine setup and perform quality testing.
• Monitor machine operation and address defects or malfunctions.
