Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to production specifications
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth running
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
