Job summary

Overhead Door Corporation is seeking an entry- to mid-level production worker to operate designated equipment for fabricating sectional and rolling doors. You will manufacture products according to specifications and run schedules, ensure quality by following SOPs, and adjust machinery to meet targets.

Responsibilities include inspecting pieces, using micrometers and measuring devices, and handling materials with cranes and hand tools.

Qualifications

• Industrial manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Able to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Experience with micrometers and other measuring devices.
• Roll forming experience is a plus.

• Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOMs, run schedules.
• Ensure product quality by following SOPs, maintaining proper settings and quality standards.
• Verify product specifications and quality through inspection, observation, and measurement of work pieces.
• Adjust machine/equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize hand and power tools, cranes, and other material handling devices for manufacturing assistance.
• Fabricate and assemble sectional and rolling doors sections and component materials as required.

Entry level production manufacturer of sectional and rolling doors and door components.

Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOM’s, work orders and / or run schedules.

Ensure product specification and product quality by following established procedures, SOP’s, maintaining of proper settings, and quality standards.
