Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations at our Ohio facility. The role focuses on safe operation of machinery, accuracy in measurements, and adherence to production schedules.

You will use basic hand tools, read work orders, and maintain daily production reports while contributing to a versatile, high‑productivity team. Overtime may be required to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervision.
• Able to understand and follow manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Must be computer literate for basic data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Uses all safety equipment on machinery and PPE.
• Uses measurement equipment to confirm product characteristics.
• Operates material handling and label making equipment.
• Fills out daily production reports detailing work activity and paperwork.
• Uses hand tools to set up and adjust equipment.
• Moves between multiple operations as needed.
