Job summary

Pyrotek in Aurora, Ohio is seeking a qualified Machine Operator to process mesh fabric into finished goods. You will perform slitting, cutting, molding and assembly tasks, recording labor and material usage on work orders via barcode systems while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to read basic drawings, perform simple calculations, and operate multiple manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic drawings and perform basic calculations.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate slitting equipment to meet width specifications and record material usage.
• Set up and run klicker/guillotine cutter with correct parameters and labeling.
• Operate mold press, load materials, unload finished products and document output.
• Perform assembly tasks including rolling, folding, stapling, and using power tools as needed.
• Notify supervisors of any production barriers or machine malfunctions.
