Job summary

Deceuninck North America is seeking a Machine Operator in Ohio for a stable career with clear advancement from Trainee to Production Tech. You will learn on-the-job while earning $19.00+/hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential as you gain skills.

Shifts run on a 2-2-3 schedule, with days or nights available. Medical, dental, vision coverage and a 401(k) with company match accompany a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions (in writing and verbally provided in English)
• Attention to detail
• Mechanical understanding, ability, or willingness to learn, how to read schematics and prints
• Ability to monitor multiple manufacturing lines, including stacking and packing products
• Previous manufacturing experience helpful
• Communicate operations information to co-workers
• Focus on safety, quality and meeting customer requirements
• Ability to perform precise measurements using basic math and measuring tools (tape measure, calipers etc.)

Operators start at $19.00/hour (+$2.00/hour shift differential). Within 1 year you can earn $23.00+/hour (+ shift differential) as you learn new skills and position responsibilities.

Shifts available:

Days: 7:45 am to 8:00pm (2-2-3 schedule)

Nights: 7:45 pm to 8:00 am (2-2-3 schedule)

Advancement Levels:

• Trainee ($19.00)
• Operator C
• Operator B
• Operator A
• Production Tech ($30.00)

What you’ll bring and what you’ll do on the job:
