Job summary

D&W Fine Pack is seeking extrusion machine operators to join our Fort Wayne facility. You will read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements, start and stop machines, and monitor speeds during production. PET experience is a plus.

We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with a weekend every other week. Join a team that values safety, collaboration, and progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications.
• Experience with extrusion machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start machines by engaging controls.
• Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur and report malfunctions to a supervisor.
• Feed and monitor the speed of machines during the production process.
• Adjusts settings and controls to ensure sheet is within defined processing standards.
