Job summary

Harvard Integrations LP in Tea, SD is seeking a Fabricating Machine Operator to set up and run laser, punch press, brake press, shears, flame cutters and saws to design specs.

You will read drawings and cut lists, use tape measures and calipers, monitor material usage, and keep a clean, safe work area while following quality guidelines.

Experience with structural steel and sheet metal, and with basic hand and power tools, forklift operation, and teamwork will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, tape measure, grinders, and saws safely.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to review designs and drawings (blueprints).
• Strong attention to detail in measurements and design specifics.
• Requires good judgment, and ability to work with others and perform other tasks as assigned.
• Previous work with structural steel and sheet metal.
• Experience operating a forklift.
