Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking dependable Machine Operators for a manufacturing team in Sarver, PA. No prior machine operating experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.

Starting pay is $18.00/hour with a $1.00/hour attendance bonus, and there is a contract-to-hire path with potential raises beyond $21.00/hour. Shifts rotate: 1st (7:30 AM–4:00 PM), 2nd (3:55 PM–11:55 PM), and 3rd (11:35 PM–7:35 AM).

Qualifications

• No prior machine operating experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and a 5-panel drug screen.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe or safety shoes required; safety glasses required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Record production information and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Assist with material handling and general production duties as needed.
