Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to run production equipment and maintain product quality in a fast-paced facility. The role requires teamwork, safety focus, and flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, performing quality checks, and reporting on production metrics. Prior experience with corrugated equipment is a plus; strong communication and mechanical aptitude are essential.
