Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Wisconsin to perform a range of production tasks using equipment, ensure quality outputs, and lead setup changes. Strong safety awareness and teamwork are essential as is the ability to work overtime, including weekends.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and solid communication skills. Prior experience with corrugated printing equipment is a plus but not required.

• Lead machine crew with setups/change overs.
• Problem solve when issues with the machine arise.
• Complete necessary reports.

Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using Production Equipment to ensure steady workflow.

Ensure a high quality product is coming off the machine.

Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects.

Lead machine crew with setups/change overs.

Problem solve when issues with the machine arise.

Complete necessary reports.

Other duties as assigned.
