Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a manufacturing operator to perform a range of tasks using production equipment and to maintain steady workflow on the line.

You will lead crew during setups and changeovers, conduct quality checks for dimensions and defects, and report on daily activities. The role requires teamwork, strong safety awareness, and reliable attendance, with the ability to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and be good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using Production Equipment to ensure steady workflow.
• Ensure a high quality product is coming off the machine.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects.
• Lead machine crew with setups/change overs.
• Problem solve when issues with the machine arise.
• Complete necessary reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects.

Lead machine crew with setups/change overs.

Problem solve when issues with the machine arise.

Complete necessary reports.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience operating corrugated printing equipment.
