Job summary

ArtiCast, a growing division of ArtiFlex Manufacturing, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Die Cast Operators. The Die Cast Operator role supports die casting production, handles materials, and operates casting and trimming equipment in a safety-focused environment.

You will follow SOPs, maintain quality standards, complete production documentation, and work closely with teammates to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform consistent, repeatable work.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in die casting production operations under supervision.
• Load and unload molds, raw materials, and finished cast components.
• Operate die casting machines and trimming presses as trained and directed.
• Support machine start-up, shutdown, and routine production activities.
• Perform visual inspections of cast parts and identify defects or nonconforming conditions.
• Report quality concerns, equipment issues, and production challenges to supervisors.
• Follow quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Complete required production, quality, and operational documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals.
• Follow instructions and respond positively to coaching, feedback, and training.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Die Cast Operator is responsible for supporting die casting production operations in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manufacturing environment. This position assists with loading and unloading materials, operating die casting and trimming equipment, performing inspections, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The successful candidate will follow all safety procedures, quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements while helping to achieve production goals.

2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM $1.00/hour Shift Premium

Physical Requirements
