Job summary

Lee Spring is seeking a machine operator/general labor/delivery driver to join our team at our Fraser, MI location. The role involves training to operate various manufacturing equipment, assisting in shipping/receiving, forklift operations, stocking, picking/packing, labels, and basic computer entries.

You will load and unload trucks and support 5S tasks in a dynamic warehouse environment. The ideal candidate reads English, can read prints, and has a high school diploma with the ability to lift

Qualifications

• Must be able to read English and follow written work instructions.
• Ability to read prints.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to lift or carry minimum 40 lbs.
• High mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use basic measuring equipment.
• Prefer 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Must have forklift license and experience.
• Must have Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Will train to operate various manufacturing equipment.
• Assist in shipping and/or receiving department; driving forklift, put stock away, verifying counts, picking/packing/labeling products, computer entries, other warehouse duties, load and unload trucks, etc.
• Deliver miscellaneous runs as tasks come in throughout the week as needed.
• Maintaining positive and effective relationships with customers/vendors
• Maintain a clean work area/vehicle
• Other assigned duties
