No swing shifts! Our 2-2-3 day shift (6am-6pm) pays $17.00/hr and up to $31.00/hr.

Basic Job Duties

• Set up, operate, or tend equipment performing functions like rewinding, slitting, banding, blowing, wrapping, packing, or stacking, depending on your division and work center.
• Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE requirements.
• Operate machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Produce and package products according to specifications.
• Identify and respond to production issues such as raw material shortages, out-of-spec materials, or quality concerns.
• Perform quality checks and take corrective actions as needed.
• Set up machines and perform change-overs.
• Make adjustments using basic hand tools.

About YOU

You are proactive, motivated, and get things done. We need someone with a positive "can do" attitude, prior machine operation experience, and a willingness to learn and help others.

• Prior machine operation experience in an individual or team setting.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like climbing and bending.
• Good communication skills and adaptability.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and fitness test.
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
