We are currently hiring for a Machine Operator with CNC/Press Brake experience in our Lafayette, IN facility. Job tasks include setup and operation of a press brake, measurement and inspection of parts.

Position Summary

• Set up parameters of press brake through the touch screen to adjust tonnage, angle, speed, and number of bends on a work piece.
• Produce parts in the required quantity according to the production schedule.
• Determine angle of bends using a protractor, tape measure, and squares to ensure parts conform to customer specifications.
• Perform in‑process inspections of parts throughout the manufacturing run to ensure they meet visual standards of acceptance.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
